Edvard Ljulko created Minutes of Stillness, which gives children tools to become more relaxed, focused, attentive, creative, and self-aware. It offers teachers and parents a variety of practical awareness exercises that can be used in schools, at home, or in other places, allowing children to become more self-directed. The goal of these exercises is to create peaceful, sharp-minded, and attentive children who could then support their own individual potential, leading them to effectively use their creative problem-solving skills and practice teamwork in school.
