Results 2014: Change Leader development
The objective of the incubator is to help social entrepreneurs grow their initiatives to maximize their positive impact on children. The illustration below shows how the Change Leaders in Reach for Change's Incubator developed between 2013 and 2014 on four dimensions – Turnover, Human Resources, Geographical Footprint and Number of Children Supported. Being considered as having successfully developed means that a Change Leader has showed progress on at least three of the four dimensions assessed.
45 of 59 Change Leaders qualified for assessment (>10 months in the Incubator) and submitted data on all key measures 2014.
The illustration below shows results from the annual Change Leader survey, that Change Leaders are asked to anonymously answer at the end of each Incubator year.
Among the types of non-financial support provided, the following three were perceived as the most valuable: Setting annual objectives and plans, Developing organizational capacity and Monitoring and evaluating social impact.
